The Analytical Reception of the Political Discourse in the novels The Prize and The Pact by Polina Dashkova

The article deals with the outer and inner discourses in the novels by P. Dashkova “Prize” and “Pact”. The techniques of audience manipulation are analyzed through behavioral and speech discourses, ways of psychological and rhetorical influence on the receiver that are characteristic of political discourse. It is stated that Dashkova’s aim was to shape elementary reflexive skills over political discourse in the mind of a general reader; to form the ability to resist inculcation.
