Abstrakt

In the modern conditions of the market economy, every enterprise struggles for its consumer.
To attract and retain consumers of the manufactured products, enterprises develop and offer a wide
range of extra terms which make their products more attractive. These are preferential terms and payment
conditions, a flexible system of discounts for buyers and customers, as well as a system of warranty
maintenance of the released products.
