Crisis and finance management in a basic unit of territorial self-government

Abstrakt

Crisis of the sector of public finances in Poland influenced the financial condition of subjects of the sector to a various extent. It is clear that there is a decrease in income of the whole sector due
to crisis, as well as income of the state budget, own income of the units of territorial self-government and other subjects of public finances. As a consequence, each of these subjects will be forced to limit its expenses.
