Chosen problems of trading in copyright and related rights

Abstrakt

The provisions of the copyright and related rights law are currently the subject of lively discussion. Such a discussion is connected not only with the development of the technical possibilities to use the works and objects of related rights, but also with new phenomena which constitute a kind of "grey zone" of copyright law. Problems such as commercialization of moral rights, computer piracy and the matter of application of competition law in the provisions of copyright law undoubtedly require wider consideration. The article describes the afore mentioned problems and serves as an introduction to a wider discussion considering presented matter.
