The public-legal entity in the light of the legal character of the Catholic Church in the Second Polish Republic

Abstrakt

The discussion about the restitution of the public-legal entity issue to Polish legal order have lasted for many years. Simultaneously, this issue still seems to be vague, problematic,
and its justice - disputable. The reference to the interwar law doctrine may be helpful to solve
the issues above. Then it was common to define the legal character of the Catholic church
in the light of the issue discussed here.
