Does agile mean effective? Agile in practice

Abstract

This paper presents the effectiveness of agile project management methods. A reference to the statistical data in order to compare the efficiency of this approach in relations to traditional solutions is made here. The discussed issues of project management, present methods focusing on the agile approach. Selected examples show the application and implementation of the agile methodology in Polish enterprises.
