Abstract

The purpose of this article is to analyze the issues that make up the efficiency of managers from the perspective of the study. Therefore, the identified factors influencing the efficiency of managers and shows the importance of the environment in the functioning of the managerial staff. In addition, managers have been identified to participate in the changes as a manifestation of the knowledge and skills to adapt to the needs of
the environment.
