The effectiveness of a quality management system in the hierarchical organization

Abstract

Nowadays, the growing importance of quality in an organization in more and more noticeable. The concept of quality and efficiency is becoming increasingly important and is a part of human development and organization. Quality in terms of a strategic competitive advantage is the result of proper management of the organization and the objective test of efficiency and effectiveness. The quality management system should lead to an increase in the efficiency of the organization and serve to indicate weak spots in the management system. However, there is a question whether the quality management system is an effective tool to increase the efficiency of the hierarchical organization? This article attempts to answer this question.
