Conditions of e-learning implementation in an enterprise

This paper presents a discussion about the essence of e-learning and the meaning of corporate e-learning as well as conditions of implementation this system in an organization. The article also presents a self-regulated learning (SRL) and its components such as motivation in terms of goal orientation, time management, environment management and help seeking. In the conclusion the author states that the e-learning connection with SRL is an active information process because knowledge generation is accomplished through individual experience, maturity and interaction with one’s environment.
