Real estate management State Treasury in national parks

Abstract

Introducing a matter of managing of real estates belonging to the State Treasury
which are situated in the boundaries of the special preservative areas that are national parks is
the aim of this publication. The vast majority of national parks' areas are located in the State
Treasury's real property. Such realties are the subject of administrating, that is being conducted
according to the rules of law.The matter of managing of real estates belonging to the State Treasury in national parks should be divided into two respective areas, that are theoretical and
practical aspects of administrating of that kind of property. Theoretical part refers to basic definitions, rules and changes in law. Practical aspect, on the other hand, is based on the results of
controls conducted by both the Supreme Control Chamber and the Ministry of Environment.
This publication is an attempt to synthesize mentioned areas, showing theoretical aspects that
stem from normative acts as well as their practical evaluation.
