Submission Preparation Checklist
All submissions must meet the following requirements.
- The submission has not been previously published, nor is it before another journal for consideration (or an explanation has been provided in Comments to the Editor).
- The submission file is in OpenOffice, Microsoft Word, or RTF document file format.
- The text adheres to the stylistic and bibliographic requirements outlined in the Author Guidelines.
Privacy Statement
The editorial board of the journal applies the principles consistent with the recommendations of COPE - (Committee on Publication Ethics) contained in the COPE Code of Conduct towards authors submitting texts for publication in the journal, as well as reviewers and editors.
The personal data and e-mail addresses entered into the system will be used solely for the purpose of publishing the journal.
Pursuant to Art. 13 sec. 1 and sec. 2 of the general regulation on the protection of personal data of 27 April 2016, we would like to inform you that:
- The administrator of your personal data is the University in Siedlce represented by the Rector with its seat at ul. St. Konarskiego 2, 08-110 Siedlce;
- The correctness of the processing of personal data is supervised by the data protection officer who can be contacted via the e-mail address: iod@uph.edu.pl
- Your personal data will be processed in order to carry out the publishing process of the publication of which you are the author or co-author. We will process your contact details;
- The provided data will be processed on the basis of art. 6 sec. 1 of the general regulation on the protection of personal data (Journal of Laws UE L119 of 04/05/2016);
- Providing data is voluntary, but necessary to achieve the purposes for which it was collected;
- The data will not be made available to external entities, except for cases provided for by law;
- The data will be stored for the period necessary to achieve the above-mentioned purposes;
- You have the right to access your data and subject to the provisions of the law: the right to rectify, delete, limit processing, the right to transfer data, the right to object, the right to withdraw consent at any time;
- You have the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office;
- Your data will not be processed in an automated manner and will not be profiled.
Guest authorship and ghostwriting:
Cases of the so-called Guest authorship and ghostwriting are considered absolutely unethical and will not be translated. Authorship should be limited to those who have influenced the definition of the research concept and method, and the conduct of the research.
If the text is written in several authors, each of them must consent to the submission of the material for publication and a declaration of a contribution to the text.
The editorial office declares that all detected cases of violation of the principles of scientific integrity will be disclosed by the editorial office, and information about them will be provided to institutions or scientific societies and other entities employing the author.
