Methods of data transfer protection in the Internet network

Abstract

The aim of this paper was to show how data transferred by means of a data communications network may get into the wrong hands. The paper shows both the se-lected methods of attacking transmission of data sent via the Internet and the selected security methods, which may be used to protect information.
