• The Author declares that he or she has created the written work and holds exclusive and unlimited copyright and that the text has not been previously published.
• The Author allows (grants a non-exclusive license) the publishing house of University in Siedlce to use the scholarly text.
• The Author grants consent for editorial changes made in the work.
• The University has the right to grant sublicenses in the acquired rights.
• The Agreement has been concluded for an indefinite period of time with the possibility of a cancellation after 5 years with a two-year notice period.
• The Author has the right to publish the article online on websites other than the Academic Journals Platform after a calendar year since the day of online publishing on the Platform.
• Any disputes will be resolved by a court of law.
