Koncepcja budowy państwa w piłsudczykowskiej myśli politycznej na przykładzie poglądów Adama Skwarczyńskiego – zarys problemu
Abstrakt
This article is an attempt to bring nearer Adam Skwarczyński’s figure – the leading ideologist of the sanation camp and his conception of the socialized state-building. According to the author, the major influence on the shape of the future state vision contained in thoughts of this Piłsudski’s publicist had ideas specific for the tradition of Polish Romanticism and the views of such philosophers as: E. Abramowski, F. Nietzsche, G.W.F. Hegel, E. Durkheim. Skwarczyński proposed a new form of the relations between the state and the society in a political program created for the sanation. He put forward a proposal to socialize the country which, as he understood, was to transfer the responsibility for the fatherland and the burden of working for it to the whole society. This conception obliged citizens to work in organizations of social character and then to take over functions previously exercised by the state. The socialization was also understood as the reducing to a minimum the role of the parliament to strengthen the executive branch, which was supposed to be motivated by the concern about the internal and external security of the reviving Second Polish Republic. Such a privileged position of the state was to allow to shape the social life by influencing the way of thinking and thereby the control of the public social moods. In addition, it provided an opportunity of a wider than before intervention in the field of the economy including the economic interventionism.
