The study deals with the foreign policy of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and the changes it underwent after the Arab Spring. The article analyzes Saudi Arabia's bilateral relations with selected global powers and delineates the evolution of the Kingdom's policy toward the United States, China, and Russia during the period under review. Particular emphasis is placed on key factors shaping Saudi strategic deci-sions, including shifts in the regional balance of power in the Middle East, the escalating rivalry among major powers, and energy security considerations. The analysis also explores the influence of Saudi Ara-bia’s domestic policy on its international conduct, particularly the reforms introduced under the Vision 2030 initiative and their implications for the Kingdom's relations with its principal partners. To achieve the research objectives, the study employs an analysis of subject literature and official communications, thereby providing a comprehensive understanding of the evolution of Saudi Arabia's international strategy within the context of a changing geopolitical landscape.
