Abstract

The article of a theoretical and research character presents the analysis of the authenticity
of the leaders in socially positive terms and in terms of being socially toxic. It shows
the factors shaping the authenticity of the leaders, its influence on the efficiency of the organization.
Determining the strength and direction of its impact on the level of moral development of
the institutions of public administration and the strength of its relationship to the level of moral
competence of decision-makers of the studied organizations was based on Spearman's rank
correlation.
