Politikum v prozaickej tvorbe Jonáša Záborského

Abstrakt

The article deals with the presence, meaning and function of politicum in prose pieces written by Jonáš Záborský, a Slovak writer of the second half of the 19th century. The author registered a relatively high frequency of political issues and themes in works of Záborský, in which he as the supporter of classicist poetics evaluates the political reality through sharp satirical mockery and expressive journalistic devices.
